A Change From The Old Routine

I have not trained today due to tiredness and having so much to do including this website. I have been taking note of these things over the last few days and perhaps trying to do the 4 day split or double split every 4 days is a little out of my league.

It took me 2-3 months of training with the enthusiasm that you have joining a new gym and then another 2-3 months of hard work before i was ready to train every day so an easier cycle of the 4 day split training 4 times a week would be a wise decision. It would appear that i have tried to bite off more than I can chew!

Doing this full body split routine  workout over the course of the full week is a better comparison to the compound lifts sessions completed in a week anyway so it benefits me in both ways.

Chest & triceps again tomorrow!!!
