Compound Lifts (Compound Lifts) is a uniquely bespoke website that offers detailed instructions on various exercises, allowing you to learn the correct techniques, avoid injury and improve your strength.

The aim of Compound Lifts is to provide free health and exercise related information, that will enable the you to reach your potential through educated, intellectual and informed decisions.

Our intuitive navigation bar allows you to easily select what body part, muscle group, weight and exercise you want to learn about, and our Exercise Data allows you to understand which muscles are activated during an exercise and how those muscles work via the anatomy section of the FAQ’s and Facts of the exercise.
