Six Pack!

I noticed a six pack coming back when getting out of the shower today. I have similar body fat % as previous recordings so no change there. So what has changed? Are the body composition scales may not be telling the full story?

I have not been doing any abdominal work for 5-6 weeks so is this due to lower body fat contrary to what the scales tell me…?

So what has caused this…?
